  Was in the drivethru line for 15 minutes because a manager named Molly was chatting up a friend at the window. By the time I got to the front of the line my food was still not ready. I was told by the manager named Andrew that Molly had been sent home. I was 4 cars back about and all the cars in front of me still had to wait on food, even though it should have been done by the time they got to the window.

  Doesn't seem to matter what time or day you go your order will be wrong wouldn't think it would be hard McDouble no onion and a small fry when you drive away you got a McDouble with double onions and a Time prior to that ordered it McDouble no onion and I got just onions on it no pickles nothing but hamburger with onions someone really needs to check on how things are being made cuz every time I go my order is wrong but I walk through or drive-thru

  If you're traveling through avoid this place at ALL costs. Probably one of the most disorganized and chaotic experiences at a McDonald's. I watched the manager cut 3 people early only for the shift leader to keep screaming for missing order items and declaring if she lost one more person she wouldn't be able to get anything done. Everyone was running around appearing to do something but managing to do nothing. I don't expect a whole lot from this type of dining experience but this was subpar and infuriating. I'm really trying to understand how they manage to stay open with this level of service.

  This is probably one of the busiest McDonald's in Arizona at any given part of the day or night. And they are usually very very efficient and quick to get orders out. Quality and service is what you would expect with most other McDonald's locations. During peak times the seating areas can be short in number. But if you are a golden arches fan and passing through Wickenburg this is a good one to stop at.
